Just a quick note to confirm that the Leopard release of AnywhereLAN Connect
client is supported in Snow Leopard in 32 bit mode.
Snow Leopard runs in 32 bit emulation mode unless specifically booted to
true 64 bit mode. This is the default configuration.
At this time we will not function in a full 64 bit booted system as our
system extensions are only 32 bit.
Generally this should not be an issue as this is required until all OS X software
developers release 64 bit versions of system level components.
Thank you

Announcing AnywhereLAN Client 2.1.19
We are happy to announce the release of AnywhereLAN 2.1.19. This is primarily a compatibility release targeted for Windows 7.
Key Items:
* Fully supports Windows 7 - and Vista of course.
* Unified 32/64 Bit Windows Installer.
* Full Windows manifest configurations. This primarily allows proper user privilage escalation in Vista and Windows 7.
* As a result of the above non-Admin accounts can be used to run AnywhereLAN provided they are in at least the Network Administrators Group. In this case the user
will be prompted for their login information to verify privilege escalation to any higher level groups, but the user does not have to actually be an Admin.
Other Changes:
* Vista / Windows 7 installer will place a "Connect AnywhereLAN" icon on the users desktop. Clicking this will start AnywhereLAN and begin the connection process.
