In our continuing efforts to make the use of the AccessAnywhere VPN Managed Service easier, and more self explanatory to end users please note the following changes that will be activated over the weekend of May 24-25th.
* Login Screen Java Check
If your browser does not have Java properly installed and enabled the Login form will be matted out with links to the latest Java installers. You will not be able to log in until Java is now properly enabled.
* First Time User Bar
New users will see a large "3 Simple Steps" panel on the AccessAnywhere VPN Launch Panel. This panel will help new users remember the steps required to get to full network level connection status. The panel can be permanently removed by hitting the "Close" icon inside the panel.
* Changes to VPN Status image.
Note that the VPN Tunnel status image will be updated. The changes will be:
Status: Starting... will now be "VPN: Inactive"
Status: Started will now be "VPN: Ready"
Thank you.
